Job Title: International BPO Sales Agent
Job Type: Full-Time (Night Shift)
Shift Timing: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Weekly Off: Fixed Saturday & Sunday

Job Description
We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented candidates for the role of International BPO Sales Agent. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound/inbound calls with international clients (primarily US-based), generating sales, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Salary Structure
Freshers (0–6 Months Experience)  
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month 

1+ Year Experience
(In International BPO Sales)  
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month 

2+ Years Experience
(In International BPO Sales)
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month 

Incentives & Benefits  
Monthly Sales Incentives: ₹10,000 – ₹35,000   
Daily Incentives: ₹100 – ₹1,500 per day  
Attendance Bonus: ₹1,000 per month 
Paid Leaves  6 Paid / Sick Leaves per year 

Key Responsibilities  
Handle outbound/inbound calls with international clients and close sales
Effectively achieve daily and monthly sales targets   
Build and maintain strong customer relationships   
Handle objections and provide appropriate solutions. 
Maintain records of calls and follow-ups 

Requirements

For Freshers  
Excellent English communication skills (mandatory)   
Confident and willing to work in sales   
Comfortable working in night shift (US process) 

For Experienced Candidates  
Minimum 1 year of International BPO Sales experience (USA dialling)   
Strong sales and closing skills, 
Target-oriented mindset 

Skills Required

Ability to work under pressure
